Simple to make, Louisburg Cider Mill donut and pancake mixes are a delicious start to the day. All mixes are sealed in plastic bags and then placed in attractive canvas bags with recipes on the back.

Cider Donuts are one of our signature items. The cake donut mix has the crisp flavors of Louisburg Cider Mill 100% Apple Cider and our special blend of spices. Apple Cider Donut mix is a pantry stable.

Buttermilk Pancake Mix combines our special blend of soft flours with the perfect touch of creamy buttermilk in a just-add-water mix. The fluffy and delicious Buttermilk Pancakes are great on their own or customized with your favorite Louisville Cider Mill toppings and mix-ins.

Apple Pancake Mix adds dehydrated apples to our Buttermilk Pancake Mix. For additional apple goodness, soak apples in Louisburg Cider Mill 100% apple cider or substitute apple cider for water.
