Salad dressings always taste so much better when they are homemade. This is not only simple to make but economical as well. The apple cider adds a sweetness, but the apple cider vinegar gives it just enough bite that compliments any type of salad.
Ingredients
• 1/4 C. Louisburg Cider Mill Apple Cider
• 1/4 C. Olive Oil
• 1 Tbs. Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
• 1/4 tsp. Coarse Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
Add the apple cider, olive oil, apple cidervinegar, mustard, and pepper in a cruet or mixer container.
Attach the lid and shake vigorously to combine. Drizzle the dressingover your salad.
Store in a sealed container, in the refrigerator,for up to 1 week.
