• 1/2 C. Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
• 1/2 C. Unsweetened Vanilla Soy Milk
• 1/2 C. Vanilla Greek Yogurt
• 2 Tbs. Cran-Apple Harvest Blend Snack Mix
• 1/4 tsp. Apple Pie Spice
• Pinch Salt
INSTRUCTIONS: In a medium-sized bowl or overnight oats container, mix together the oats, soy milk, yogurt, Cran-Apple snack mix, apple pie spice, and salt. Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight for 12 to 24 hours before eating. Add a spoonful of apple butter and Cran-Apple harvest snack mix to serve.
