Ingredients
1 Box of Yellow Cake Mix
½ C. Butter, melted
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
4 C. Powdered Sugar
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 °F
Grease a 9x13 baking pan and set aside
Blend the cake mix, 2 eggs, and melted butter
Press this batter into the bottom of the pan
Using the same bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 2 eggs, Louisburg Cider Mill Pumpkin Butter, vanilla, pumpkin pie space, and cinnamon
Once smooth, sift the powdered sugar into the mixture until well incorporated
Port this batter over the cake batter
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is crackled and set
Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars and serving
