Ingredients
1 box of yellow cake mix
3 large eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and put paper liners into 72 mini cupcake wells
Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and combine
Scoop tablespoon worth of batter into each liner
Bake for approx. 15 min. or until done
Optional: Top with a Homemade Apple Buttercream Frosting
